First Stop: Getting You Settled!

Welcome! First things first when you arrive:

  • Quick Check-in: We'll handle the on-site re-registration together. Easy peasy!
  • Find Your Flow: You'll do a quick Mandarin chat/test so we can pop you into the class that's just right for your level.
  • Gear Up: We'll point you in the right direction to grab your books for class and sim-card for your gadget (optional)
  • Explore: Get ready to wander around and get familiar with the cool university area!

🔔Ding Ding! It's Mandarin Time!

That's the sound of your summer class adventure kicking off! Today's the day you start experiencing it all. Got your books? Awesome. Get ready to switch your brain to Mandarin-mode and learn in a whole new way!

Monday - Friday (Morning)

Morning class: 09:00 - 11:50 AM

Rise and shine, it's Mandarin time! In our morning sessions, you'll tackle new words, pronunciation, reading Hanzi, grammar, and the big one – speaking! We keep it moving but give your brain a quick rest every 45 minutes.

Summer Class

Monday - Friday (Afternoon)

Experience class: 01:30 - 03:00 PM

After lunch, we switch gears! Your afternoons are dedicated to experiencing Chinese culture firsthand. Think getting creative with Hanzi calligraphy, designing colourful masks, and discovering other fascinating traditions.

Alright, time to explore! We're taking our learning outside to see the best of Guangzhou – from ancient heritage sites standing tall (Dafo Temple) next to super cool modern buildings (guangzhou tower). We'll stroll around, soak it all in, and guess what? It's the perfect chance to put your Mandarin skills to the test chatting with the locals!
