Most study-abroad applications are a black box: you send documents into the dark and wait. An Ezy Mandarin Application is not like that. It is a Workflow — a sequence of Workflow Steps you can see, complete, and track from your dashboard — and this walkthrough is the whole thing, start to arrival.
Step one: you start, nothing is due yet
You create an account at the applicant portal and fill in the Application Form section by section. It saves as you go, so you can gather your thoughts (and your documents) between sittings. Nothing is locked in until you submit.
Step two: the fees that move things forward
Two fees process your Application: a ¥420 RMB application fee and a ¥500 RMB agent service fee. They are paid by bank transfer, and you upload the transfer proof to the payment Workflow Step — no card details, no hidden charges.
Step three: the University confirms
This is the step that makes the whole thing real. The University’s School of International Culture — the school that hosts your Study Program — reviews your documents and confirms your place. You are not taking our word for anything; the confirmation comes from the University itself.
Step four: paperwork, prepared for you
We prepare your enrollment paperwork for the student visa. You upload your documents once, to the Workflow Step that asks for them; we handle the assembly and the follow-up. If something is missing, the Workflow Step tells you exactly what — no guessing games over email.
Step five: tuition, directly to the University
Tuition is paid straight to the University’s own bank account. The amount is confirmed with your University offer, so you always know what you are paying and to whom.
Step six: Guangzhou
On-site check-in, the placement test, your first class. The Workflow ends; the year begins.
